Server Rules

Code of Conduct

1.Personal attacks, verbal abuse, or any harassment outside of roleplay is strictly prohibited.
2.Do not DM staff. DM'ing members of the community with the purpose of harassment, advertising, or unwanted OOC conflict is prohibited.
3.OOC is not allowed in the county and disciplinary action will be taken if such behavior occurs.
4.Any OOC issues are to be handled on your own and will not be handled by staff unless behavior violates the community Code of Conduct (e.g., harassment, bullying, or meta-gaming) or impacts server integrity—tangible evidence will be required.
5.Having IC interactions or detailing items that should be dealt with in game is prohibited. Acceptable use of OOC chats is primarily to coordinate for RP (i.e. asking if someone will be IC today), not to engage in ways that reduce or remove RP.

1.Racism, homophobia, sexism, hate speech, or any derogatory language will result in an immediate permanent ban. Shamrock RP's universe is free from these elements.
2.Discussions or roleplay related to slavery, racism, or any sensitive historical events are prohibited.
3.Erotic roleplay, self-harm, or any form of excessive violence is strictly forbidden. Any instances will result in permanent bans.

1.Shamrock RP is primarily English-speaking. Players need to be able to understand English for administrative reasons, but it is not required to RP in only English.
2.All players must be 18 years or older to participate in Shamrock RP. All characters must be at least 18 years old as well.
3.A working microphone or headset is needed to engage with our server. You are not required to speak using voice chat (you may use /me), but you will need to be able to hear using a headset.
4.Players must adhere to the Terms of Service of Twitch and Discord. Any violation of these platforms' rules could result in bans from Shamrock RP.

1.All players are expected to stay in character at all times unless all parties involved agree to an OOC conversation (common phrasing 'Can I speak freely?')
2.Out-of-character conversations should be conducted through Discord or other approved communication channels while not engaged in in-game RP.
3.Using external communications such as Discord is prohibited while in game.

1.Shamrock RP uses an internal review board to handle all disciplinary matters.
2.You are only allowed to appeal a ban once. The resolution of that appeal is final.
3.All disciplinary matters, including the details of violations, will remain confidential unless the individual involved breaks the confidentiality agreement.
4.Abusing the ticket system will result in disciplinary action.

1.Any issues, reports, or complaints should be submitted through the Shamrock RP Support Bot or the official report system.
2.All interactions with staff should be respectful. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior towards staff may result in disciplinary action.
3.Staff is required to be in compliance with all server rules when within RP at all times. If a staff member is seen not doing so (i.e using godmode, no-clip to win a fight), please immediately create a ticket and request an owner with evidence.
4.If a staff member is seen performing administrative duties or using God Tools outside of an RP scenario, this is allowed so long as it is not used in a way to benefit them within character.

Rules are subject to change. Staff have final say in all situations.
